Shipping Timeline: Once your order has been processed, we initiate the shipping process. On average, it takes 1-3 business days for your package to reach you. However, please note that during major sales events like Black Friday and Christmas, shipping times may extend to 7-14 business days before you receive a tracking update. We kindly ask for your patience during these busy periods.
Shipping Method: We utilize USPS as our trusted shipping partner. Most USPS orders reach our valued clients within 1-3 business days after we have dropped off the items at the post office.
Confirmation and Tracking: Upon shipment, we will promptly provide you with a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Address Verification: To ensure smooth processing, please ensure that the shipping and billing addresses match. In the event of any discrepancies with the mailing address, kindly contact us immediately. Please note that if an order has already been shipped and needs to be resent due to address discrepancies, additional charges may apply.
Additional Fees: Please be aware that taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and included in the total amount during the checkout process.
